According to Mercer’s Quality of Living survey 2016, Abu Dhabi ranks as the second most livable city all across the Middle East, bettered only by its cousin Dubai, UAE’s commercial capital.  The emirate, which by virtue of being the capital of UAE is always in spotlight, is witnessing a renewed expansion in economy, with officials predicting it to grow by as much as 5 percent in 2017, from 2 percent in the current fiscal year.
