Pop princess Taylor Swift moves her grand piano into her $25million historic Beverly Hills estate

She's been busy renovating her historic Beverly Hills estate, which she reportedly bought for a staggering $25million in 2015.
And Taylor Swift was getting her grand piano delivered to the property, with a team of removal men spotted outside her historic Samuel Goldwyn mansion on Tuesday.

The pop princess, 27, who spends weeks at a time fine tuning each of her self-penned songs on the very same piano, packed up her prized position with layers of green blankets.

Taylor was nowhere to be seen as the men safely unloaded the musical instrument to her high security abode.

The star spend much of her time these days with her boyfriend Joe Alwyn, who is said to have inspired many of the lyrics from her latest album Reputation,
This comes after reports the singer has been granted permission to make changed which will block visibility of home.

The permits include permission for her to put up a 6.5ft tall cinder block wall by her front porch and a 7ft high retaining wall by her tennis court, reported TMZ. She also upgraded and remodeled her front gate.

The Shake It Off beauty purchased the historic property for a cut price $25million back in 2015, and has been working to renovate the home.
In January this year she applied to the Beverly Hills' Cultural Heritage Commission to have the home designated a Local Historic Landmark, with the application accepted in April.

But while the designation brings with it a huge tax break - given by the city in exchange for maintenance or restorations to such properties - it also brings constraints on changes or alternations.

However it seems Taylor has carefully managed her expectations, with her application approved because it does not impact the 'integrity' of the property.
Known as the Samuel Goldwyn Estate, her new home was first listed for $24million in 2008, and came back onto the market following the death of the mogul's son Samuel Goldwyn Jr in 2015.

It was built by the movie magnate himself back in 1934.
As well as its historical value, there are plenty other attractive features to the property, which sits on almost two acres of prime real estate, that doubtlessly caught Taylor's eye

It came with a main house just shy of 11,000-square-feet main house with six bedrooms and at least five bathrooms.
It also gas a two room guest apartment above the garage.

There are also spectacular gardens, a swimming pool and even a pool house with kitchenette.
Taylor can also unleash her inner Margaret Court by playing on the sunken tennis court, or even grab a pair of binoculars and spy on guests having a game from the mansion above.

The singer, who has an estimated net worth of $250 million, is said to have a property portfolio worth more than $70 million, including homes in Nashville, another house in Beverly Hills and a New York penthouse previously owned by Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson.
Samuel Goldwyn, who changed his surname from Goldifsh, is one of Hollywood's greatest executives.
