They have both been keeping quiet about their love lives recently.
But Olly Murs, 33, and Melanie Sykes, 47, have been secretly dating for the last year, according to reports.
The duo were allegedly introduced by a friend before hitting it off over their shared love of their fitness.
A source told The Sun: 'Mel loves a younger man and really fell for Olly when he got into shape late last year.'
Despite allegedly insisting they are 'just friends', an insider claims there is a 'real physical attraction' between the showbiz pair.
The fitness guru avidly updates her Instagram page with scantily-clad pictures of herself working out - and Olly is said to be a big fan of Mel's gym selfies.
The source added: 'They were initially introduced through a mutual friend. They started texting for ages and some of the messages ended up getting quite saucy.
'They were bonding over her fitness programme. He was a fan of her gym selfies and thought that she had an amazing body.'
MailOnline has contacted both Olly and Melanie's representatives for comment.
Melanie has two children; Roman, 15, and Valentino Luca, 12, from her first marriage to actor Daniel Caltagirone.
They were married in 2001 but the couple split in 2008 and divorced the following year.
Presenter Melanie went onto marry Jack Cockings, 29, in 2013 but after less than one year of marriage she filed for divorce.
She broke her silence on her seven-month marriage to roofer Jack — 16 years her junior — after the divorce was finalised.
Melanie told Fabulous magazine in 2016: 'The divorce was the easy bit. The hard bit was being married to the wrong person.
'It's always difficult to break up with somebody, but it's been for the best and I knew it at the time and that's why we're not together.
Meanwhile, Olly laughed off rumours that he was dating Louisa Johnson earlier this year after they joined forces for duet Unpredictable.
X Factor beauty Louisa also quashed the rumours when she told reporters the Troublemaker hitmaker was more like her 'brother'.
Olly has been unlucky in love in the past as he suffered heartache when he split from his long-term girlfriend Francesca Thomas.
The pair were going strong for three years before they called it quits on their relationship at the end of 2015.
Olly channeled his heartache into his fifth album 24 hours which he said reflected on his long-term relationship with the model.
He was then romantically linked to his former X Factor co-host Caroline Flack, but the pair have always insisted their relationship is purely platonic.
